Created for viewing at the 83rd National Convention of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. in Orlando, Florida this July, the video produced by  the Global Infant Safe Sleep (GISS) Center, In Black Print and Thornhill Communications showcases the great work of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. and the Silhouettes around safe sleep. The 4-minute video will be used for training and shown to different partners and communities around the country.

The Fatherhood Infant Safe Sleep Initiative, now with two years under the belt, has been a great success with crib giveaways, widespread training, community events and more, reaching parents, grandparents and other caregivers around the U.S. The goal was to assist in delivering the message of how African American men and women, banned together, can make a difference in their communities, and how we all must take responsibility in making sure babies have a safe sleeping environment to reduce the risk of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS) and accidental deaths.

Special thanks to PM3 Productions and Motor City Media Group for all their hard work and quick turn around.
